The benefits of sound and breath on mind and body are well known. Diane Kovanda, M.Ed, has been working with these natural healing effects for over 20 years. Diane will create experiences of sound and breathwork, helping people access meditative states, relax, and gain deep insight.

Instruments such as crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls and tibetan bells, rainsticks, and mantra will be introduced during the session.
