Get ready to flip out for the 76th Annual Pancake Day on Saturday, September 27, 2025, in historic downtown Centerville, Iowa! This year, we’re bringing all the groovy vibes with a far-out celebration packed with pancakes, music, and community fun.

What’s Happening?

🥞 Thousands of FREE pancakes served by our amazing local volunteers—because nothing says love like a plate full of pancakes! Thank you to HyVee Centerville for donating 100% of our pancake ingredients and supplies.

🎶 Live entertainment all day long, featuring funky tunes and stellar performances.

🌸 Totally rad kid’s activities—inflatables, games, face painting, and more!

🛍️ Food vendors & local artisans with unique finds and delicious eats.

🚗🎷 The famous Pancake Day Parade—floats, marching bands, and a retro-inspired celebration of our community!

Whether you’re a Pancake Day regular or a first-time flower child, this iconic tradition is the ultimate way to celebrate Centerville’s spirit, history, and love for pancakes! ✨
