The Threshold is a ceremonial soundbath that invites intention to be experienced through the body. Instead of journaling, discussion, or vision boarding, we work with sound, vibration, and deep listening. The evening unfolds through a rich guided journey and an immersive soundbath designed to support steadiness and inner alignment.
You’ll be invited to feel into how you are ready to step into the year ahead. This experience centers on embodiment, allowing intention to take shape as a felt sense. Sound supports this orientation as it settles into the nervous system, the breath, and the bones.

Please arrive with enough time to settle into your space before the doors close at 5pm. Late arrivals will not be admitted due to the sacred container we are creating for the meditative process. Thank you for understanding.
Please bring extra-comfortable padding.
The studio floor is firm, so I encourage you to bring whatever helps you feel supported: a cushy mat or two, blankets, pillows, or anything soft that lets your body fully relax. Think of it as creating your own nest for the evening.
