Saturday Morning Lazy Yoga & Meditation in the Park

I am so in love with our regular park routine! Sunshine and high vibes! Summer is officially here!! Yay!! We have shifted into our regular start time of 8:15 since the heat is here. We have shade and we have sun. You pick! Maybe some of both. Just show up! :-)

We'll be there for an hour of restorative stretching and ooey gooey meditation in the park this Saturday morning! Bring your coffee and good vibes to start your weekend. Throw in a yoga mat and a smile, and we are all set! I'll definitely have a sound bowl or two for this one! 🙂
