RE-Sure Lightning - Understanding the Contract

This class will explain and demonstrate how to fill out each section of the 2024 Purchase Contract. Real -life situations will be discussed as well as understanding the HOA, dates, and additional provisions sections. In addition, changes to the contract due to the NAR settlement will be reviewed. Attendees will learn how to navigate the Lightning Offer section and submit their "Contract Template" on new purchases utilizing this feature.
