Truffle Risotto, A Hands-On Winter Cooking Class

Come stir, taste, and savour the soul of winter with a dish that warms from the inside out—Truffle Risotto.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the slow, meditative art of making traditional Italian risotto, brought to life with the rich, earthy perfume of local black truffles.

We’ll talk technique, taste, timing—and of course, enjoy a bowl (or two!) together at the end plus more!
