Spin Circle - Hula Hoop Beginner's Class

Looking for a hobby that you can dive into in a fun, social space? You are in the right place!

Learn how to hula hoop dance at Spin Circle this summer in the beautiful Centennial Parklands.

I'm your teacher, Lara! I've been hula hooping for over 8 years and have learnt off hoop legends from all over the world. Hula hooping has added so much sparkle to my life and I'm so excited to share it with you!

Classes are built for beginners so you don't need to worry about having any prior skills. Hula hooping will help you connect to your body, improve your coordination and just have a great time!

This class will run weekly over summer and you will walk away with tricks that will help you start to grow your own flow. If you have already gotten started and want some tips on how to step up your tricks or connect them into a flow, I can help.

When: Thursday nights 6:30-7:30pm

Where: Centennial Park (exact location sent in confirmation email)

What to bring/wear: Hoops provided but feel free to bring your own if you have one you have been practicing with. A close fitting top is handy when learning on body tricks, otherwise comfy clothes are good to go.
