This meeting will discuss Kristin Kobes Du Mez's book Jesus and John Wayne: How White Evangelicals Corrupted a Faith and Fractured a Nation.

Between The Lines Book Club's mission is to foster thoughtful and engaging conversations about democracy through literature. We create a space where individuals can explore, discuss, and reflect on the principles, challenges, and evolution of democracy. By reading diverse perspectives and examining critical works, we aim to deepen understanding, spark dialogue, and empower members to be active, informed citizens in their communities and beyond.
