The Leadership and Tactics Conference

We are pleased to announce the Annual Leadership and Tactics Conference hosted by the Osceola FD Benevolent in honor of Lt. Mickel and FF. Begg. This two-day event features a distinguished cadre of instructors who will cover critical topics in fire service leadership and operations. Participants will benefit from sessions on Aerial Operations, Engine Company Officer, Leadership, and how every mistake is a lesson. Lunch will be provided.
