Chaturanga Dandasana, often shortened to Chaturanga, is a yoga pose where you lower your body to the floor, resting on your hands and toes, with elbows bent at a 90-degree angle. It's a low-plank pose that builds strength and stability, preparing you for more advanced yoga sequences.
