An Evening with Hank Shaw: Borderlands Book Launch & Tasting

We're thrilled to host James Beard Award–winning author Hank Shaw for a special event celebrating the release of his newest book, Borderlands — a vibrant culinary journey through the wild, diverse flavors of the U.S.–Mexico border region.

Ticket Includes:

- An autographed copy of Borderlands
- Three drink tokens (roughly three pints)
- A buffet-style menu inspired by the recipes and regional flavors featured in the book
- Co-Branded Fermentorium/Antidote Can Koozie
- Optional recommended beer pairings, including our exclusive --- Hatch Chile Kölsch, brewed just for the event

Expect a casual evening filled with bold flavors, wild ingredients, and deep stories — all rooted in the rich culinary traditions of the borderlands. While the full menu is still in development, it will draw from the book’s wide array of dishes, including wild game, fresh vegetables, and regional specialties like Chimichangas, Discada, and Cactus Salad.
