Senior Exercise Class

Every Thursday, an instructor will be on-site to lead a Senior Fitness class. This is a low-impact, all-abilities class.

Please note that there will be no class on the first Thursday of each month due to Lunch Bunch. On occasion, Lunch Bunch may fall on a different Thursday, so please refer to the Senior Center Newsletter for updates and details.
