Birth Prep Classes @ Eagle Mountain Library

Join local midwife Mary Martin for a 4-week course on birth preparation. This class will be held Wednesday evenings on the following dates: October 1, 8, 22, and 29th.

Topics to be covered include: physiology of late pregnancy, a walk through labor and birth, comfort measures and pain management strategies, working as partners, relaxation and meditation, newborn bonding, newborn procedures, breastfeeding, and postpartum tips and norms.
