Yielding Bodies

Yielding Bodies is a two-hour somatic workshop exploring how softness becomes strength, and how surrender opens the door to deeper connection—with the ground, with others, and with yourself.

- Options for partnered & solo exploration
- A curated musical arc from ambient to ecstatic
- A brief closing circle for reflection

- Comfortable clothes to move in
