Sunday, Sound and Silks! Enjoy all the benefits of a traditional sound healing while resting in the silks. Silks are similar to the concept of a hammock. You’ll be supported with bolsters, blankets and anything that you bring with you. The physical body is fully supported and comfortable while the sound bath and healing surrounds you. This fusion of mind, body and spirit will release tension, stress and racing thoughts and leave you relaxed in a state of peace. Energy fields are cleansed and the body enters a theta state of rest.
