Practice in the Prairie

Join us Tuesdays in June through September from 6-7 PM for free yoga and pilates classes at Indian Creek Nature Center.

This free practice is very popular. In order to start and end on time, please arrive a few minutes early to park and settle into your spot.

Led by some of the area’s best teachers, we’ll practice outdoors on the Amazing Space patio and lawn, surrounded by the beauty of the restored natural prairie and woodlands. There’s no need for music, as the outdoors provides the soundtrack for this practice; you’ll be serenaded by the geese, frogs, and the breeze.
