Join me on Wednesdays August 6th and August 13th from 5:15-6:15pm with rejuvenating breathwork and a guided visualization sessions—no prior experience needed.

Taught by Anna Pease. Anna has lived in Grenoble, France for the past 20 years and will be visiting Iowa for the month. Anna is certified as a psychopracticienne, trained in providing therapy and emotional support. This background enables her to offer deeper emotional support and therapeutic guidance for individuals seeking personal growth and support. She is trained in NLP, hypnosis, and Neural Energetic Encoding. Anna is also certified as a Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator through The Institute of Breath. She is equipped with powerful techniques to guide individuals and groups through breathwork sessions that foster emotional release, mental clarity, and inner peace.
