Decompress is a gentle, 1-hour weekly class created for women who carry a lot—and long for a place to set some of it down.
After full, demanding days this class offers a sacred pause. Each week, you’ll be guided through silence, journaling, prayerful reflection, calming breathwork, and a few restorative postures designed to support your nervous system and invite deep rest.
There is no pressure to perform or participate perfectly.
This is a space to arrive just as you are.
Decompress is a holistic, embodied experience that helps you release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your body, your breath, and God’s gentle presence. Over the course of four weeks, you’ll be invited to soften, unwind, and practice rhythms of rest you can carry into everyday life.
If you’ve been feeling tired, stretched thin, or simply in need of care, this class is for you.
