Join licensed fitness instructors Alicia, Megan, and Amanda for a FREE Dance Club Cardio class outside on the Bankers Trust Stage at NewBo City Market Thursday, July 31st at 5:30pm!

This class burns over 700 calories by combining cardio, dance, and strengthening exercises for a heart-pumping workout all set to your favorite songs! Get ready to sweat, smile, and show your swagger!

All dance and fitness levels are welcome. Don't forget a towel and water bottle.
