Culinary Class: Wine and French Cheese Tasting

Wine and French Cheese Tasting: bringing a little bit of the taste of France to Iowa!

During this introduction to French cheeses, we will taste a selection of 4 different families of cheeses, each paired with wines from local wineries.

Each pair will be served with a different combination of fresh and dried fruits, nuts, and different breads.

We will also talk about foods, wines, the art of pairing, and some historical stories about traditional French wine/cheese process.

This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within NewBo City Market.
