Culinary Class: Spaghetti alla Chitarra

In this hands-on class with instructor and a casa founder, Julie Parisi, students will learn how to use a traditional tool called the chitarra, which resembles a guitar with strings, to press the pasta dough and make spaghetti by hand. There will be a chitarra on hand for attendees to practice on! Together we will also make a very traditional sugo di pomodoro to pair with our spaghetti and taste samples of our recipes!
