A Service for the Weary-Hearted
The holiday season arrives with its glittering lights, cheerful music, and calls to celebrate, but not everyone feels ready to join the festivities. For those carrying the weight of grief, facing illness, navigating loss, or simply finding this season harder than joyful, the pressure to be merry can feel isolating.
If Christmas feels heavy this year, you are not alone, and there is a place for you here.
On Thursday, December 18th at 6:00 p.m., we invite you to our Blue Christmas service, a quiet space for wholeness and healing. This is a service without pretense, where sorrow and hope can sit side by side, and where God meets us exactly as we are.
Following the service, light refreshments will be available for those who wish to stay and connect with others.
Please extend this invitation to friends, neighbors, or family members who might need this gentle refuge during a difficult season. Sometimes the most loving gift we can offer is simply to say: It's okay not to be okay right now.
