About the Speaker:
Lisa Folken is a recently retired higher education administrator with over 20 years of experience in program development, student services, and community engagement. As Director
of the Kirkwood Jones County Regional Center, she led one of Iowa’s most successful high school concurrent enrollment programs. A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and adjunct faculty member since 2013, Lisa remains active in education through part-time work with Kirkwood Community College and now offers consulting and leadership coaching across industries.
