Hey friends! Ready to roll out your mats and dive into some awesome yoga vibes? Join us at Flow Yoga for our totally free community yoga class! It's like a yoga party, and you're all invited!

• Meet Our Trainees! Our crew of yoga lovers has been pouring their hearts into learning all sorts of yoga magic. They're stoked to share what they've learned with you and keep flexing their teaching skills. It's gonna be a blast!
• Mix It Up! Every class is a new adventure. We'll be switching it up with different styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, Flow, Yin, Kundalini, and more. You never know what you're gonna get, but it's always gonna be good!

• Your Voice Matters! After class, grab a pen and fill out our chill feedback form. It's anonymous, so feel free to drop some love, share what you dug about the class, or even suggest some tweaks for our new teachers. Your thoughts help us grow and keep the good vibes flowing!
