HELP! We’re are overwhelmed with the amount of amazing, unreleased Young Teen and Young Adult books coming out this season.
The Job: Read 1 ARC (Advanced Reader Copy - books that come from the publishers before they hit the shelves) per session. Review it and share back with the team during our Book Club meetings.
The Hours: Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 4:30 - 5:30
The Benefits: Well, free books and friends to talk about them with… plus snacks and drinks.
Come pick up a book from our ARC bin, any time we’re open (Tuesday - Saturday 10-6). Be ready to answer THREE questions during book club:
🗝️ Would you recommend this book to friends, and should we carry it?
🗝️ What was your favorite part?
🗝️ Can you give us a quote for a shelf-talker? ex: “Fourth Wing is my new Roman Empire. You absolutely HAVE to read it. Life changing.”
Genres? Expect anything from fantasy to thrillers, dystopians to slow-burn romance. If it’s buzz-worthy, you’ll get it first.
