Walk & Roll to School Day

International Walk + Roll to School Day is October 8th this year. This is a fantastic time to encourage our students and families to walk + roll to school to encourage healthy habits, build community, and increase safety along routes to school.

William Walker has partnered with the Christian Meeting Place near our school, and they will open the gates to their parking lot on event days for William Walker parents to drop off students or park and walk with our group to school.

Mr. B has kindly offered to walk with students and parents and really infuse this opportunity to build community and celebrate active travel to school.

The church parking lot resides within our school walk zone (no students will need to cross Cedar Hills Blvd), and participants will enjoy a nice .5 mile walk to school.

As part of this year’s International Walk + Roll to School Day, every elementary and comprehensive middle school will receive:

6 Additional Prizes:
Reflective drawstring bags filled with fun travel goodies

🎟️ All students are eligible to enter the raffle, regardless of how they travel to school.
