Saturday Morning Run

Join us for a run on the trails of Bethany

Our distance is 5.5 miles, with an optional shortcut of 3.5 miles. Lots of add-on options to extend.

Regular distance (5.5 miles): We begin the pre-run activities (names, photos) at 8:04 am to allow for tardy people. We run south on Bethany and turn right (west) on Bronson, before turning right (north) on the powerline trail. We regroup at John Marty park by the water fountain, water is available (spring, summer and fall). From there, we continue north until we reach the plus intersection and turn right towards Laidlaw rd. We'll run up the switchbacks toward pirate play and turn right to cross Laidlaw again. At the 4-way intersection we'll turn left toward the condo complex. Turn left as the trail ends, following road along the edge of the condo complex a until the final right/left/right turn combo and join us for coffer Starbucks.

Should you want more miles earlier on a Saturday try "Cold BRU" or "Nitro Cold BRU". These are faster runs usually 8:30 to 8:45 pacing. "Nitro Cold BRU" starts at 6am and returns to Starbucks by 7am giving you the option to start "Cold BRU". "Cold BRU" starts at 7 am with the goal of finishing by 8am so you can join the BRU run.
