Saturday early BRU run

This is a quick morning starter run. It starts at 7:04am with the intent to finished by 7:55am. Many of the runners of this event join the 8am run that follows.

The route is south on Bethany to Oak Hills. It hugs the north side of the neighborhood to join with NW 143rd heading north. It makes the slight right hand turn on to the Old Westside Trail. This trail is a long uphill on a beautiful boardwalk crossing Laidlaw and turning left on to Rock Creek Trail. A nice decent to Kaiser Rd take a left to setup up for the final sprint.

Then you can either change your shirt and prepare for the main run or grab a coffee head off. Your choice as it is a Saturday morning with options. Thank you for running with us either way.
