Grounding Workshop - Connected to the earth.

Join me for a two-hour workshop on grounding.

Come learn how grounding works and why touching the Earth can improve your health and wellbeing.

Have you noticed how touching the Earth—walking barefoot on the beach or digging in your garden—feels extra restorative? It’s because you’re grounding when you do it.

Grounding means connecting your body to the Earth’s natural energy. Think of it as a little recharge from the Earth’s gentle electric field.

In this workshop, we’ll talk about what grounding is, how to do it, the health benefits and how long you need to practice.

Then we’ll head outside and try it together during a grounded Forest Bathing walk. Don’t worry—you won’t need to walk barefoot! (unless you want to). Then we’ll gather for a cozy tea ceremony, where we can reflect on our experience and connect with each other in a supportive space. It’s the perfect way to close the session.

Note: $5 from each ticket will go toward supporting the conservation efforts at Dogwood Canyon Audubon .

What to bring
