In a world full of noise, demands, and false urgency, this class is an invitation to pause, see the illusion and discern the truth of who you truly are. Drawing from the ancient wisdom of the Upanishads, we’ll explore the timeless teaching of the two selves—the small, reactive ego self that clings, fears and resists—and the higher divine Self that observes, stands steady, and lets life flow.

Through breathwork, grounded movement, meditation, and ancient teachings, we’ll step into the steady truth beneath the chaos of the ego. This class is about learning to meet life as it is—with steadiness, with clarity, and with the deep knowing that you are both the waves of the ocean and the deep stillness that lies below.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or returning to your practice, you are welcome here.
