Culinary Class: Fresh Pasta 201

In this hands-on class we continue our lesson from Fresh Pasta 101! Attendees will learn how to infuse their pasta dough with various flavors such as spinach and herbs. We will also hand form farfalle (bowtie) pasta shapes. Last, students will learn how to make gnocchi from scratch using traditional tools and methods. Attendees will sample our creations as well as take some fresh pasta home. Plan to bring an apron and to-go containers for your pasta!
