First Course: Frisee Salad with basil vinaigrette, fromage blanc, toasted pistachio, and raspberry
Intermezzo: White wine Sorbet
Second Course: Pan seared airline of chicken with lemon butter sauce, edamame succotash, and buttered polenta
Third Course: Espresso Mousse with candied orange peel, caramel and white chocolate
