Barre3 + Aromatherapy Workshop

Take your morning workout to the next level by joining us for Barre3 on the farm! We will meet at the greenhouse entrance at 10:45am and take about a five minute walk to our private, pondside location. In the case of rain, bring an umbrella for the walk and we'll be practicing under the cover of a pavilion.

After class, get creative by planting your own Aromatherapy Bowl Planter to take home. Indulge in the therapeutic power of plants as we blend the beauty of gardening with the calming benefits of aromatherapy. In this hands-on workshop, you'll create your very own bowl planter filled with plants known for their soothing and rejuvenating scents. Imagine the delightful fragrance of lavender, the refreshing zest of mint, and the earthy aroma of rosemary—all carefully selected to uplift your senses and create a serene atmosphere on your porch or patio.

Includes: 12" bowl planter, soil, 3-4 plants and instruction

Fee: $25, and includes the Barre3 workout and one herb bowl to take home. All levels of fitness and gardening are welcome.
