Join us on 22 November 2025 (Saturday) from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the 2nd Floor Reception Hall, NMP-Cebu, as Dr. Ricardo “Rico” Trota Jose of the University of the Philippines delivers his lecture titled, “Senso Chizu: Japanese World War II Maps on the Philippines.”

Through this lecture, let us explore the use of Japanese maps on the Philippines produced between the 1920s and the end of World War II. Many of these were based on United States Coast and Geodetic Survey (USC&GS) charts, British Admiralty charts, and large-scale U.S. Army topographic maps.
