No prior experience is necessary, bring an open heart and a willingness to relax and rejuvenate.

Join us under the luminous Sturgeon Moon for an evening of deep stillness and soulful sound. Known as the “Moon of Abundance,” the Sturgeon Moon invites us to dive beneath the surface, honoring the wisdom of our emotional depths and the power of our intuitive waters.

This 60-minute experience begins with a guided meditation to gently anchor you into the energy of the moon, using rich storytelling and symbolic imagery to help you release what no longer serves and open to new insight.

As you settle into rest, allow the harmonic tones of crystal singing bowls, oceanic drum, and chimes to wash over you, clearing, nourishing, and balancing your energy field.

Please bring anything you need to feel cozy.

Mats are available with blankets and eye covers. Zero Gravity Chairs are an option for the first five attendees.
