Narcan Information and Training

The public is invited to learn about Narcan and its use in people who have overdosed on an opioid.

Who should carry Narcan?
Individuals at increased risk of an opioid overdose or those who know someone at risk should carry Narcan, including:
People with an opioid use disorder (OUD).
Anyone taking high-dose opioid medications prescribed by a doctor.
Individuals using opioids along with benzodiazepines.
Family members and friends of people who use opioids.
