Retreat into nature for a half-day programme of yoga wild swimming and mindfulness at the the beautiful setting of Divers Cove in Godstone Surrey.
This retreat will offer you time and space to reconnect with yourself and to recharge on a deep level. You'll unwind stress revitalise your body and mind and come away feeling relaxed and replenished.
The retreat includes:
🧘🏽Welcome meditation and breath work
🌟Revitalising yoga practice
🏊♀️Swimming or dipping in the beautiful lake
🧖Sauna with aromatherapy oils
☕️Hot drinks nourishing snacks and time to connect
😌Replenishing yin-style yoga
✨️Blissful deep relaxation experience (yoga nidra)
No previous experience of yoga or wild swimming required. You can opt for a short dip at the water's edge or a long swim around the lake. This could be great opportunity to try either yoga or wild swimming for the first time but also caters to those with experience of yoga and or/wild swimming.
The yoga and relaxation sessions take place in a purpose-built studio which makes a lovely base for our retreat.
The retreat is a wonderful way to make space for yourself to revitalise your body and mind and perhaps to try something completely new!
Cost = £75 including snacks drinks swimming/dipping use of the saunas and all yoga/relaxation sessions.

You may cancel a retreat as long as you give at least one week's notice. A small processing fee will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to cancel within one week of the start date there will be no refund, but you are welcome to pass your place to a friend or family member. If you wish to transfer your booking to someone else, please email annarookeyoga@gmail.com so the details can be updated.
In the event of exceptional circumstances that mean I am unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable, you will be given a full refund or offered a place on another event.
