MEGA SESSION
What is a Mega Session?
A fun filled 2 hours divided into two halves. One half spent learning and perfecting some trampoline skills and the other for playing games, lots of games, suitable for all ages and abilities!
Who is it for?
Anyone over the age of 4 and under the age of 14. If you have a child over 14 interested let me know, as I may be able to run an older session if there is enough of you!
No trampoline experience necessary.
This session is open to non members, so you can bring friends, cousins, siblings, everyone is welcome!
Gymnastics workshop
What is a gymnastics workshop?
2 hours of pure gymnastics heaven for recreational gymnasts.
We will work floor skills, have fun on the equipment and a small display at the end to show what we have learnt!
Who is it for?
Anyone over the age of 5 and under the age of 10.
No gymnastics experience necessary.
This session is open to non members, so you can invite friends, cousins, siblings, everyone is welcome!
Somersault workshop (Trampoline)
What is a somersault workshop?
2 hours of everything somersaults, from basic tuck front/back somersaults, to crash dives, ball outs, baranis, shaped somersaults, somersaults to different landing positions, lazy backs and bounce rolls! You will be sent a form to submit with your experience so far, and what you are hoping to achieve, so we can help!
Who is it for?
Anyone who can forward turnover and back pullover confidently, and is ready to start somersaulting, or those already somersaulting and looking to learn something new, or you may have a specific somersault in mind that you would like to improve and get some extra coaching on.
Preschool fun session
What is a Preschool fun Session?
A fun filled 2 hours of trampolining and gymnastics. There will be a mixture of structured learning, with lots of fun and challenging exercises, exciting games, a picnic, and plenty of time for free play at the end.
Who is it for?
Anyone aged 2 to 5.
Older siblings over the age of 6 will be able to watch, but not take part.
Parent/carer to child ratio 1:1 or 1:2.
This session is open to non members.
It’s a great opportunity to visit our club before signing up to regular Kindergym sessions in September!
