Mac to Mac Run

What’s goin on all you Tyrant slayers? We are going to have our first group run September 14th at 3 PM. We will meet at the McAfee Parking lot (on the Virginia AT), then head into the mountains going up towards the overlook at McAfee. The distance we will run will be 10 miles. We will go past the overlook down the dark side just for a little bit then head back. After the run we will go to Macado’s in Salem to hang and get to know each other. We will not leave anyone behind on trail, you won’t get lost, you might see a bear, you might have to poop in the woods, and you will have fun. Bring your own water please, and gear etc. Please follow this simple rule on the run….Be cool. Don’t be a terd. If I have to explain myself here you may be one. This run is open to ALL levels of trail runners. There will be a 2 groups that go out, Becky will lead one and Sean will lead the other. If you wanna go a little bit faster, go with Sean. If you are a new to this, or know you are a little slower, run with Becky. It’s gonna be a rad time in the mountains and at Macado’s in Salem. Hope to see you there!
