Ecstatic Dance

Join us for a liberating and judgment-free time of dance, music, and community, where you can experience yourself as Divine flow and expression. Tune into your body and allow it to move exactly the way it wants to -- twirling and leaping across the dance floor, gently swaying, or even simply breathing with awareness... Let your body’s innate wisdom be your guide.

A few simple guidelines help us set a sacred space for ecstatic dance:
* Focus on inner awareness of your own self and body
* Leave phones/cameras and conversation off the dance floor
* Please avoid wearing non-natural scents
* Bare feet (unless shoes are needed for support)

You may want to bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on for shavasana/wind-down at the end. (You will be able to sit on a chair if you prefer.)
