All submissions will undergo a peer-review process, evaluated based on:
• Originality
• Scientific validity and coherence
• Compliance with submission format
• Completeness and clarity of content
The official language of the conference is English.

• Professionals: PHP 600.00
• Students: PHP 400.00
• Non-UEP Participants: PHP 1,200.00
📝 Abstract Guidelines
Please structure your abstract as follows:
1. Background and Objectives – Brief context and research goals
2. Methods – Summary of methodology used
3. Results – Key findings
4. Conclusion – Implications of the study
5. Keywords – Up to five (5) keywords
6. Formatting – Use IUPAC nomenclature and SI units, where applicable
🎤 Presentation Formats
Authors may choose between oral and poster presentations. Please indicate your preference in the Abstract Submission Form. The Technical Papers Committee reserves the right to reassign presentation formats based on program needs.
A. ORAL PRESENTATION
• Presenters must register by 15 June 2025
• Presentation duration: 10 minutes + 5 minutes Q&A
• Only one presentation (oral or poster) is allowed per registered participant
• For multi-author papers, underline the name of the presenter
B. POSTER SPECIFICATION

2. Abstract (Maximum of 250 words)
3. Introduction
4. Methodology

Posters must be clear, visually engaging, and professionally formatted to communicate key points effectively.

1. Each participant is allowed only one presentation (oral or poster).
2. Submission does not equate to registration. Please complete the registration process separately.
3. Failure to register by 15 June 2025 will result in withdrawal of the accepted paper.
4. Early submissions are encouraged to allow time for review and feedback.
5. Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.
6. Authors of accepted papers will be invited to submit full manuscripts for peer review, with the opportunity for publication in the Pacific Journal of Science and Technology.
