Cardiovascular and strenth training that alternates between aerobic and anaerobic exercises for a full body workout. Several intensity options are available to challenge any fitness level.
Free for authorized patrons. Must present MilitaryID card or CAC to participate.
Class meets at 6:45 am on Mondays.
