Yoga & Bubs

Calling all Mums, Dads, Uncles, Aunts, Grandparents!

Join us for a Yoga and Bubs class on Wednesdays at 9.30am starting November, with Treena and baby Billie!

This class will be a fun relaxed flow vibe suitable for beginners (and babies!). Anyone is of course welcome to join even if you don’t have a baby!

There is a nice veranda and seat outside you can use if bub needs a break during class !

To keep everyone safe we ask that bubs stay on your mat during class.

Book online ($28) or drop in on the day (cash only $25).

Free for Members and their guests.
