Curious about handstands but not sure where to start? Or perhaps you’d like to deepen your understanding of the fundamentals and learn how to build a safe and sustainable practice at home.
Join Lulu for a 1.5 hour workshop, part of the Learn to Fly series at Soul Tribe, where you’ll explore the foundations of handstands in a supportive and playful way.

Together we’ll move through mindful floor and wall drills, mobility work, alignment principles, and strength exercises to prepare both body and mind for practicing handstands safely.

Whether you’re kicking up for the very first time or refining your balance on your hands, this workshop will offer practical techniques and tools to support your journey — with space for exploration and plenty of fun along the way.

The invitation is to build a practice of continuity. With repetition, the body begins to remember, and over time your progress will naturally unfold.
