About the event

Restorative Yoga & Ho’oponopono Practice

We will flow through a very gentle practice with rest poses, we will end class with a Hawaiian forgiveness practice, it is a beautiful practice that helps us to release, to let go of things that we may not even know need to be released. As we do this we are able to move forward in life with a deeper connection to ourselves.
