Mindful Movement: Yoga on the Lawn
First Morning Movement

In partnership with Sol-Luna Yoga & Movement studio

Start your day with intention and community. Join us on the lawn for a gentle, all levels yoga session led by Laura from Sol-Luna Yoga. Surrounded by nature, this morning mindfulness practice is designed to ground your body and calm your mind.

After yoga, gather with fellow participants in the cafe to enjoy a scone and a tea or drip coffee!

Tickets $25

When: 10am Thursday July 24th

Where: The Lawn at Farmstand Cafe

Followed by: Coffee + Conversation in the Cafe

Bring your mat, a water bottle, and an open heart.
