You’re warmly invited to join me at Heart Space Yoga for a nourishing afternoon retreat to honour the turning of the wheel and reconnect with your inner light.
Together we will rest, reset, and gently celebrate all that you’ve become—and all you’re still growing into.

A beautiful way to begin—inviting heart connection, presence, and intention as we gather in sacred circle.

A moment to land fully in your body, clear stagnant energy, and welcome in clarity and ease.
✨ Gentle Solstice Flow
A nurturing, feminine yoga practice designed to honour the rhythm of the season—flowing, opening, and expansive. No pressure. Just presence.
✨ Restorative Yoga infused with Angelic Reiki
A deeply restful experience where you’ll be supported with blankets, bolsters, and hands-on Reiki healing to restore your nervous system and soothe your soul.
✨ Journaling + Oracle Cards
An invitation to reflect, dream, and plant seeds for your next season—with gentle prompts and intuitive guidance.
✨ Tea, Homemade Cake & Summer Treats
Because what’s a retreat without something sweet? We’ll close our circle with connection, chats, and simple joy.
