🏠 JM FITNESS – FIT FOR LIFE BOOTCAMP (Indoors!)
Every Wednesday • 7:30–8:15pm
Saintfield Rd Presbyterian Church Hall

We’ve moved our mid-week bootcamp indoors for the winter! Perfect if you want a friendly push, great energy, and a plan you can actually stick to.

What to expect:
• ✅ All fitness levels welcome — exercises are done to time, not reps
• ✅ No contracts, no judgement — just a supportive community
• ✅ Simple, effective bodyweight circuits (no equipment needed)

Bring: a mat + water
Price: £7 pay-as-you-go or 10 classes for £50
