Sunset Yoga at the Rath

Breathe, stretch, and unwind as the sun sets over Belfast. This gentle outdoor practice invites you to move in harmony with nature, grounding your body and lifting your spirit. All levels welcome – just bring your mat and a sense of wonder.

The car park at the Rath is very small so if you can car share that would be fantastic. I can offer a lift to a few people.
