Castlemaine 5Rhythms at St Marys Hall

Connect with yourself and the essence of you and others through a simple accessible movement practice, We warm up with an uplifting soundtrack followed by a deep guided dance through the 5Rhythms Wave.

Castlemaine 5Rhythms is a weekly class that has been running for over a decade, a mix of dedicated dancers and new adventurers seem to always be dropping in on for a Friday night dance before spending a weekend exploring this creative town.

Fridays (in School Terms) 5.45pm – 7.30pm.
Doors open at 5:45pm - please try to arrive before 6.15pm Class runs til 7:30pm. No entry after 6:30pm. No booking required.
